I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I will occasionally accept exchanges on a case by case basis
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- RINGS – As each ring is custom made to size per order
Returns and exchange details
I will not accept returns for custom orders (unless items are received broken or damaged etc) as they are made specifically to order by you. Please keep in mind I make all of my RINGS up to order and can NOT accept returns for them as they are bespoke jewelry .
In the case that you have ordered the wrong size, I will be happy to resize for you, but you have to cover the delivery cost and in some cases the resizing fee. Ring sizers are available for sale on my shop.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s) eligible for return, you may return it to me within seven days from the time it has been delivered to you. You must contact me first at LoveJesseDesigns@gmail.com for prior approval. All goods must be returned unused in the same excellent condition as sent out in the original jewelry box it was packaged in.
In some case’s exchange is possible, but additional charges may apply.
Customers returning or exchanging items are responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise notified.
Love Jesse Designs,LLC can NOT be held responsible for any Customs Fees your country will charge when the package enters your country. The customer is responsible for any Customs Fees.
If an order comes back to us undelivered and you want it shipped again YOU will be responsible to pay for the second shipping attempt, especially International shipping.
